It's all mine
The photograph above is worth a post given the sentiments expressed here recently, it's from today's mail on line and shows HM the Queen standing next to the Gelder Burn on "her" Highland Estate, Balmoral.
Apparently it was taken to mark the 60th anniversary of her coronation (yes - on the Stone of Destiny), whilst she is dressed in the "green velvet mantle of the Most Ancient and Most Noble Order of the Thistle, the Scottish counterpart to England’s Order of the Garter. From her shoulders, held by white satin ties, hangs the Collar of the Order made of golden thistles and rue sprigs, from which, in turn, hangs a tiny St Andrew and his saltire cross".
The photo is due to be released within a book containing more 100 images of HM the Queen, it's titled Keepers. This ties in well with my "blood sport" post from midweek - Double Standards - where I noted the Queen's son Charles, and grandson, William, warning of how many species of animals are due for extinction due to "members of the world’s growing middle class are seeking exotic products that reflect their economic prosperity and status".
My understanding the that Royals see themselves as some sort of keepers of the planet, the "chosen ones", whilst they do a lot of work in an occult manner, behind the scenes, so to speak.
cheers

Excellent one!
I suppose the British nobility are now inter-married with the top Jewish families.
